Kunal is a global business leader with over 25 years of experience across consulting, media, banking, and education. He has led organizations through growth and transformation in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, most recently as Founder and Director of Canready Consultants Inc. Passionate about learning, innovation, and community impact, Kunal has launched global sustainability and scholarship initiatives. He holds an MBA from California State University and lives in Oakville, Canada with his wife Shweta and their daughters, Syra and Aarya.

Josh is a media executive with 30 years of experience across some of the world’s leading broadcasters. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Licensing and Distribution at Bloomberg Media, overseeing more than 800 clients worldwide and driving nearly $200 million in revenue. His career has spanned roles in the UK, the Middle East, and Europe, including senior editorial positions at the BBC and ITN. Based on his deep industry knowledge and international experience, Josh continues to bring strategic insight and creativity to the evolving global media landscape.

Clara Karamoy-Daw is the Senior Vice President of Commercial and Operational Finance at NBC Local Media, with over 20 years of experience in media finance, business strategy, and leadership. Previously, she served as CFO of CNBC and CNBC International, leading global finance and strategy functions across multiple regions. Her career includes senior roles at Vice Media, NBCUniversal, and General Electric, where she began in finance and audit. Based between Toronto and New York, Clara is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and enjoys life with her husband and daughters.

Dimple Quyn is an Associate Professor in chemical engineering academic with experience in the Asian and Australian education systems, having worked and studied at top Australian Universities such as the University of Melbourne, Monash University and Curtin University. She has held several leadership positions, including the world-renowned Western Australian School of Mines and the Faculty of Engineering at Curtin University and has worked with academics across the Dubai, Sri Lankan and Malaysian higher education sectors. Serving in a School Executive role for 6 years, and an accumulated 28 years of experience in higher education, she has deep insight into international student mobility, experiences and drivers for course selection and entry pathways.

Rhian Lois is an internationally acclaimed operatic soprano and arts advisor with a distinguished career across leading opera houses. A graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, the Royal College of Music, and the National Opera Studio, she has performed principal roles with English National Opera, the Royal Opera House, Scottish Opera, and major European companies including Semperoper Dresden and Hamburg Staatsoper. Recipient of the Bryn Terfel Foundation Career Development Award and the Lies Askonas Competition prize, Rhian combines artistic excellence with strategic insight, contributing her expertise to advance creativity, education, and leadership within the arts sector.
